All property details-including pricing, availability, images, legal status, and specifications-are provided directly by the owners.

• Provide accurate and lawful property information.
• Not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content.
• Not upload copyrighted or stolen material.
• Verify property documents before entering into any agreement.

Users are solely responsible for negotiations and final transactions.

We may offer paid services including:

• Premium Listings
• Featured Property Promotions
• Subscription Plans
• Advertisement Packages

All pricing is displayed before payment. Taxes (if applicable) will be added.

Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay or other providers.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for listing fees, subscription plans, featured promotions, and advertising services are strictly non-refundable once activated or published.

2. Conditional Refund (Eligible Cases)

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Payment deducted but listing not activated.
• System failure from our end.

User must report the issue within 3 working days with valid transaction proof.

3. Time-Based Cancellation

If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment and service has not been activated, up to 80% refund may be granted after deducting processing charges.

No refund after listing goes live.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

Chargeback Policy

If a user initiates an unjustified chargeback without contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the account and recover applicable charges.

We are not liable for disputes, fraud, property defects, payment defaults, or damages arising from user interactions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or violation of terms without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to courts located in Patna, Bihar.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
